1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ASPIRE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

ASPIRE is an educational test preparation platform. You agree to use it only for lawful, personal educational purposes. You may not share your account, resell access, or use the platform to develop competing products.

3. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. The Explorer tier is free. Committed ($29/month) and All-In ($199/year) plans are subject to their stated billing cycles. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on ASPIRE — including practice questions, curriculum, writing prompts, and software — is the property of ASPIRE Education and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific score improvements or admission outcomes. Past performance statistics are illustrative and not guaranteed results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASPIRE Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
